Immediate Position Looking for Kitchen Cook (Chef Assistant) Working Hours - 6 days work a week at Changi Airport - Working hour 9 hours a day inclusive of 1 hour break - Willing to work shift a Immediate Position Looking for Kitchen Cook (Chef Assistant) Working Hours - 6 days work a week at Changi Airport - Working hour 9 hours a day inclusive of 1 hour break - Willing to work shift and public holidays Behaviour - Able to perform split shift, work on weekends and public holidays. - Must be customer service oriented team player - Must follow instruction as per task given and self initiative at work - Able to work independantly - Possess good communication and interpersonal skills Job Scope - To assist daily kitchen food preparetion - To top up the buffet line and salad bar counter time to time - Cook food items accurately to specifications. - Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh. - Ensure working areas are clean, tidy, and organized. - Ensure general cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation and storage are in accordance with SFA guideline/ regulations - Ensure freshness of ingredients. - Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes.
