Job Title: Kitchen Crew/Assistant

My client has successfully expanded to Singapore market back in 2018, the dining experience is said to be taste bud taking and visually pleasant!

:
- Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the Chef.- Responsible for cleanliness of work area.- Must monitor inventory at all times and report items that need to be reordered.- Responsible for receiving incoming food orders and rotating stock.- Responsible for maintaining a clean uniform. - Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations- Passion to learn the skills from Omakase sushi restaurant

Job Requirements:
- Preferably 1-2 years working experience in kitchen. - No experience with passion in cooking are welcomed to apply.- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation.- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment.- Able to work on Weekends and PHs.- Ability to understand and carry out instructions.

Compensation:
- Working location: 1 min walking distance from MRT Maxwell- Working days: 6 days/ week. Every Monday and one Sunday off every month.- Working hours: 11am to 2pm & 5pm to 11:30pm. - Operating hours: Tuesday to Sunday, from 3pm to 11:30pm.
