Location: Singapore Management University (Nearby MRT: Dhoby Ghaut/Bras Basah/Bencoolen)
Description:
Responsible for food preparation and cooking to standard operating procedures
Responsible for drinks preparation and service
Practice and ensure good hygiene and housekeeping standards within the kitchen
Ensure food is stored, prepared and presented in a safe and hygienic manner
Work together to ensure smooth operations and timely food prep. Assist in cleaning duties.
Comply with food safety & hygiene requirements.
Work with team to clean down equipment and station etc.
Flexibility to handle various tasks & adapt to changing priorities in kitchen.
6 day work week (including weekends)
Basic Requirements:
Able to read and communicate in Basic English
F&B experience preferred
Interest in cooking and baking
Able to adapt quickly to work environment
