Job Description
Responsibilities: Responds, attend, and communicate to customer's repair request to resolve current issues or scheduled contract services to advice or propose customer to the best efficiency.Duties Job Scope of work
- Perform Preventive maintenance for contract servicing
- Troubleshooting Kitchen Equipment
- Changing of spare parts
- Make sure provision of tooling is every time onsite
- Teach kitchen staff on how to operate the equipment if required
- Critical thinker
- Good teamwork
- Proactive, customer oriented, polite, eager to learn
- Willing to go extra miles for customers
- Having basic knowledge in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics
- Possession of Class 3 driving license
- 6 Day work week
- Intern, experienced to senior role available
- On job training will be provided
