Job Description

Job Responsibilities: To oversee outlets operations and ensuring the outlet profitability and operational efficiency. Analyze financial performance to formulate, develop and implement plans to improve sales and profitability of the Company. Monitor, measure and report on Food Court development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales. Create a sound and strong working relationship with all staffs. Able to manage all controllable and uncontrollable expenditure of the assigned outlet within the Company's directions. Ensure quality of food, quality of customer service and cleanliness of the outlet and maintained consistently at all times.Requirements: A strong passion for food & beverage. Strong analytical skills. Leadership with strong influential and coaching skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Training will be provided for candidates without relevant working experience in Food & Beverage industry.
