Job Description
The open position for IH FOODS PTE. LTD. is Operations Manager at our central kitchen located at Mandai. As an operations manager, you will be tasked from front-end to back-end of operations.
Your job is to ensure that all the jobs needed for smooth operation is duly carried out and performed professionally by the colleagues under management.
:
- Manage day-to-day operations for central kitchen
- Manage customer service operations
- Plan routes for drivers and logistics
- Stock count and schedule re-stocking
- Use ERP system to manage different outlets
- Manage employees in selected outlet to run smoothly
