Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Supervise and manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Report to and assist the Operations Manager in overseeing overall restaurant operations.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and efficiency in food preparation and service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
