Job Description

Bistro 39 is a Restaurant & Bar serving Japanese fusion menu. Our beverage menu is extensive and include both alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages. Interns for service crew get to learn tips and tricks of cocktail making and the kitchen crew encourages interns to come up with their own creative menu items.

Responsibilities
  • Provide guests a friendly and good dining service experience
  • Process guests' orders
  • Assists in setup of the front and back of operations
  • Ensure food safety regulations are followed
  • Attending to customers' needs and enquiries
  • Assist in bar counter and drinks preparation
  • Cashiering Duties
Requirement
  • Compulsory work days are Thursday to Saturdays
  • Prior cashiering experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service
  • Proficiency in English language (Mandarin speaking is bonus)
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
  • Courteous, Team player
