Responsible for the kitchen's hygiene and sanitation Prepares, cleans and organizes the whole kitchen area as well as the utensils, cookware, equipment, garbage bins and etc. Prepares necessary ingredients as needed for the day Engages, in minimal cooking of activities. Ensures the safe keeping of all kitchen items and efficiently logging of stocks and monitoring the consumable and non consumable supplies.Qualification: Candidate must possess at least College level with courses related to Food & Beverage Service Management or equivalent. Knowledgeable of kitchen sanitation and kitchen equipment Knowledgeable for monitoring inventory at all times and report items that need to be reordered. Preferably with 1 year work experience in a retail environment Preferably with 1 year work experience as kitchen staff or experience specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant service or equivalent. Basic knife handling skills Must be willing to undergo training on Meat Retailing Can communicate well, Friendly and approachable.
