Job Title: Culinary Team Leader, Japanese Kitchen (5-Day Week)
Preparing and cooking authentic Japanese dishes, from sushi and donburi to tempura and grilled delights
Leading the kitchen team with energy, care, and calm during busy services
Mentoring junior chefs on preparation, plating, and flavor balance
Ensuring every dish meets our exacting hygiene and presentation standards
Managing stock levels and assisting with ordering to keep operations seamless
Collaborating with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to uphold kitchen excellence
Have
2+ years of hands-on kitchen experience
, ideally in
Japanese cuisine
Possess
strong knife skills
and a sharp eye for plating aesthetics
Stay
composed under pressure
and steady when things get busy

and take pride in cleanliness and discipline
Are
flexible
to work 5 days a week on
rotating shifts
