We are looking for a passionate and motivated Kitchen Trainee to join our dynamic culinary team in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment. Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior chefs and kitchen staff. Follow recipes and plating guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring all kitchen equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized. Support the team with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and stocking food supplies. Assist in preparing ingredients and mise en place for daily service. Learn and adhere to food safety standards and regulations. Assist with basic kitchen operations and collaborate effectively with all team members to ensure smooth kitchen flow. Participate in on-the-job training to enhance culinary skills and expand knowledge of kitchen techniques and equipment. Contribute positively to a team-oriented environment and be open to feedback and development.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Culinary Arts, Food Science, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline. No prior experience required, but any hands-on culinary experience (internships, part-time work) is an advantage. Strong interest in culinary arts and the hospitality industry. Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a professional kitchen setting. Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude towards learning and self-improvement.

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,000.00 per month
