Management Trainee (Service)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily front-of-house operations to ensure prompt, friendly, and accurate service to customers.
Support in scheduling, supervising, and training service staff on company SOPs, hygiene standards, and customer interaction.
Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and service quality to comply with company and regulatory requirements.
Help manage stock levels of service-related items (utensils, packaging, condiments) and prepare daily service reports.
Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally, and gather feedback to improve service standards.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Prior experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) or hospitality industry preferred.
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and during peak hours.
Able to commit to long working hours and fast-paced environments.
Proficient in English, additional language skills will be an advantage.
