Role This newly created role reports to the Head of Knowledge & Research and is an integral part of Amane’s growth strategy. In this role you would own, build/enhance and manage our knowledge assets, for example expert and company databases on a day-to-day basis, as well as support the core consulting team on knowledge requests as needed on a project basis.

In this role you will:

• Support a range of projects and initiatives to ensure all market knowledge is captured, maintained and shared with the right audience at the right time

• Ensure knowledge and databases remain relevant, up-to-date, of high quality and findable, working closely with a range of stakeholders to stay abreast of changes and project needs, while ensuring high levels of confidentiality.

• Cultivate a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement using data, metrics, stakeholder insight and commercial awareness.

• Support, coach and collaborate with internal stakeholders on the value that well organised, governed and shared knowledge can bring.

• Bring value through your knowledge asset creation, quality and governance experience, as well as your proven ability to connect people, innovate and optimise knowledge processes, technologies and ways of working to deliver tangible business benefits.
