Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth service flow
Lead, train, and motivate service crew to deliver excellent customer experience
Handle customer feedback and ensure service standards are maintained
Assist in staff scheduling, stock control, and daily sales reporting
Coordinate with kitchen team for efficient order management
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness according to SFA standards

Requirements
At least 2 years of F&B experience (Korean or casual dining preferred)
Good leadership and communication skills
Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Singaporeans / PRs preferred; work pass holders welcome

5.5 days a week
