Our client is a leading retail company in the F&B industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join their operation team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They have island-wide location.
Job Responsibilities:
Support the Manager/Assistant Manager in the daily operations of the outlet
Ensure guests' needs are met and suggest promotional items
Take responsibility for all cash handling in the Manager's absence
Train, coach, and guide new and existing staff to uphold Harry's standards
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed
Communicate operational issues and provide feedback to the Manager
Maintain cleanliness and overall upkeep of the outlet
Requirements:
Min 2 years of servicing experience in F&B industry.
Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' level.
Comfortable with retail working hours
