We're looking for a
Chef de Partie (Kitchen)
who shares our passion for authentic flavors, teamwork, and culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Korean dishes according to restaurant standards.
Manage and oversee your assigned kitchen section efficiently.
Ensure consistency in food presentation, taste, and portioning.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
Support menu development and new recipe trials.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff when required.
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Minimum 1 years' experience as Chef de Partie or equivalent position.
Strong knowledge of Korean cuisine preferred.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Good team player with a positive attitude.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
