What You Will Do

The Kenvue KTD Tech Service Operations ASPAC Scrum Master must have strong experience in agile program delivery in a product-centric environment and will have accountability for the Technology Services ASPAC China Program including regulatory and risk management compliance and certification, cloud platform and network build-out, and application migration and certification.

The candidate will engage with senior executives and cross-functional global and local team members to understand business priorities and capabilities, develop plans, and complete the mission. The Scrum Master will lead programs and direct work across multiple workstreams, lead scope, budget, and schedule, and drive the delivery of results and interdependencies in an optimized manner to achieve targeted benefits.

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and highly comfortable in facilitating the development and business teams to meet commitments and deliver high-quality products and new features using the agile methodology. The right candidate for this role is someone who has a strong mix of agile and product management experience as well as a strong technical background, preferably software/product development in a cloud data-centric environment.

Responsibilities:

• Leads overall program, cross dependencies in workstreams, and the successful delivery of projects/products to their final objectives

Product

• Partners with product owners, project managers, and scrum masters to map out and lead all aspects of product work within a program

• Resolves resource constraints and dependencies that affect multiple workstreams within the program

• Resolves issues and changes within a standard governance structure; raises risk management to handle issues/ risks at the program level

• Provides transparency to different levels within the organization through program-level status dashboards; runs health checks on a weekly basis to ensure program/project compliance

• Measures the progress of program components to ensure overall goals, schedule, budget, and benefits of the program are achieved

• Ensures adherence to established processes (SDLC, etc.) while completing the project

• Aligns organization/strategic direction that affects objectives and key results

• Program plan and dashboard regularly updated and communicated

• Works with the communications team and delivers presentations to senior leadership, management, and team members

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree

• 8 years of experience in project and program management required, preferably in the consumer health industry

• Ability to collaborate within a large team of technical and business product owners

• Experience with agile methodologies

• Strong understanding of technology architecture concepts, software & product development

• Data and metrics focused

• Able to lead through ambiguity helping teams prioritize and focus

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to a diverse audience

Preferred:

• Knowledge of China regulatory compliance and related technology deployments is strongly preferred

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

• Scrum certification
