Ktv General Manager
Job Description
Our company operates across multiple industries including information processing, F&B, and entertainment (KTV). We are looking for a Senior General Manager for our KTV business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic planning and oversee multi-department operations (entertainment, F&B, service).
Drive revenue growth and enhance brand value while ensuring compliance and risk control.
Build and manage teams to deliver exceptional service standards.
Participate in project planning and renovation supervision (KTV currently under renovation, expected to open in about 6 months).
Oversee day-to-day operations upon business launch.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
At least 5 years of relevant management experience in Singapore.
Prior working experience in Michelin 3-star restaurants or 5-star hotels is required.
Proven track record in strategic planning, operations management, and leadership in hospitality/entertainment sectors.
