about the job
- Manage the complete set of account opening documents with a strong emphasis on accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct thorough reviews of client data and provide support in complying with AML regulations and related tasks.
- Ensure prompt and accurate processing of client account maintenance requests.
- Supervise and provide guidance to team members engaged in day-to-day client onboarding activities.
- Evaluate SOPs to align with current business practices.
- Implement and sustain control measures to ensure strict compliance with the bank\'s regulations.
- Degree in Banking / Business / Economics / Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of KYC onboarding experience in the banking industry.
- Familiarity with MAS regulations, rules, and guidelines
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders
