about the job

  • Manage the complete set of account opening documents with a strong emphasis on accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of client data and provide support in complying with AML regulations and related tasks.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate processing of client account maintenance requests.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to team members engaged in day-to-day client onboarding activities.
  • Evaluate SOPs to align with current business practices.
  • Implement and sustain control measures to ensure strict compliance with the bank\'s regulations.
skills and experience required
  • Degree in Banking / Business / Economics / Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of KYC onboarding experience in the banking industry.
  • Familiarity with MAS regulations, rules, and guidelines
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders
