Requirements :



Perform L1 support for network issues, log-in issues, Windows AD issues, and in-house Applications and office software e.g. Office 365.


Escalate tickets to L2 support and work with them to resolve the issue.


End point devices, including the hardware and software inventory. E.g. Windows, Mac OS


Small office router for private office network


Health check and monitoring of Windows Server


Coordinate with the End Users to update security patches or updates on the end point devices.


Install authorized software on behalf of the users.


Manage service requests and incidents to ensure KPIs are met.


Support any ad hoc tasks/projects rolled out by Company e.g. emergency software patches, laptop audit


Wireless network (Aruba) troubleshooting, PC (Windows) troubleshooting, Windows Patch/Anti-virus (Symantec) Administration
