Key Roles & Responsibilities



Provide high-level project management capabilities Keep Inventory of PCs Deployed Maintain Schedule of PC Rollout Report Metrics on Schedule Attainment Identify issues and escalate to IT Leader Provide hands and feet support to re-image and deployment within office premises Image a Windows PC per Client Standard Work for SFLD 1.0/2.0 Follow instructions & strict compliances to safely deploy PC to location identified by DTSL Troubleshoot imaging issues after deployment Assist with daily IT issues with end-users whenever required

Key Requirements



Interpersonal skills to provide a positive experience with all end-users and team members Have a broad IT background with solutions a variety of issues Windows and Mac Operating Systems (32 and 64-bit platforms) knowledge Experience with Client Core load business applications, preferably Compute infrastructure knowledge to provide guidance on network, VPN, wireless and other connectivity related issues Able to lift and transport up to 60kg of IT equipment (e.g. Tower workstations) Fluent in English and writing Currently residing in Singapore

Able to start work immediately or within short notice


Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From $3,500.00 per month

Education:

Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:

IT Support: 5 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
