Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 operational support for the bank's LAN, data centre, and trading networks
• Monitor and troubleshoot incidents related to Cisco routing and switching, Fortinet firewalls, and Arista low-latency infrastructure
• Participate in maintenance activities and support global change implementations
• Ensure network stability and uptime within defined SLAs
• Liaise with global counterparts and escalate complex issues as needed
• LAN: Cisco Routing & Switching, Fortinet Firewalls
• Data Centre: Cisco Nexus, Cisco ACI
• Trading Infrastructure: Arista (low latency)

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in enterprise network support roles
• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Fortinet technologies
• Strong troubleshooting skills within operational environments
• Willingness to work rotating 24/7 shifts
• Experience in financial services environments is advantageous
