Guiding, providing technical support & lead the SOC Team.
Provide Technical Support for CyberArk, Imperva, Manage Engine, RSA Servers.
To ensure the completion of Monthly audit log review(OS,DB, Network) within the timeline.
To ensure vulnerabilities are remediated within the timeline.
To investigate Database alerts reported from Imperva and submit report to the client.
To ensure Monthly inactive account, quarterly account review is completed within the timeline.
To ensure SEP virus definitions are updated to the client machines on regular basis.
To respond and provide artefacts for Internal & External audit queries.
To provide weekly, monthly security operations report to the client.
