Job Summary
As the APAC Technology Support and Operations Team, we understand the unique needs of the APAC business and we are experts at delivering, operationalizing, and supporting Technology initiatives in the market. We are committed to providing teams with the proper tools, environments, processes, and policies they need to do their best work day-to-day, and to that end, we partner with global Technology teams to make sure that technologies in APAC are operating smoothly, safely, and securely, and contribute to a friction-free employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • You are the Technology point-of-contact for your market, and you advise global Technology teams on the needs and expectations of the local business
  • You oversee technology support in your market, monitoring the performance of global support and engineering teams, resolving escalated issues, and developing recommendations to prevent problems from reoccurring
  • You participate in the strategy building, planning, tracking, progress reporting, and eventual delivery of new technologies and/or related processes
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with various teams, workgroups, leaders, and cross-functional partners
  • You leverage reporting to monitor and assess the health of technology systems and the teams that support them, and you use your findings to drive for improvements and facilitate better business decisions relating to technology operations
  • You monitor critical incidents occurring in-market and support in-market business leaders with understanding the impact and response strategy
  • You oversee the deployment, maintenance, and support of core in-market business applications, including application servers, associated hardware, endpoints, and databases
  • You support with the design, implementation, and upgrades of information systems to meet the business and user needs of your market
  • You shape and implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance in your market
Key Qualifications
  • 3+ years of work experience directly related to L2 systems analysis OR
  • Completed degree or diploma in IT related field and 1+ year work experience in L2 systems analysis
  • Experience configuring hardware such as iPhones, iPads, iPods, and printers
  • Experience setting up client/server-based software, such as MMS
  • IT Networking experience - LAN\\WAN and Wireless
  • Knowledge of data cabling\\computer facilities
  • Experience managing and working alongside external IT support vendors and technicians
  • Experience working with and supporting: Microsoft Azure Suite or JAMF Cloud (Mac management), Microsoft Identity Manager, SailPoint IDN, SCCM, Active Directory, AWS cloud services
  • Experience working with and supporting Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams
