• Conduct daily walkabout to ensure workshop, laboratory and office areas are in good order.
• Lookout for 5S, HSE, any defects or improvements to be done
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure there is sufficient stocks
• Assist in event/visit set up / revert back
• Assist in updating admin-related records, inventory data
• Assist in working on asset disposal
• Assist in liaising and sourcing of vendor for quotation, equipment, service and monitor
• the contractor work\'s quality, schedule and ensure safety during execution.
• Assist in contact and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair in
• order to keep the building in daily operational state
• Assist in supervisory and coordination contractors, facility management and their
• sub-contractors in building maintenance work such as air-conditioning system, electrical,
• plumbing, lighting, compressed air system, gas distribution system, projectors system and
• other general services.
• Assist in leading a team of cleaners and handyman on the day-to-day maintenance and
• cleaning operations of office areas and workshops.
• Conduct weekly inventory check for consumables.
• Review and update of documents, poster, signage, video, etc.
• Ensure the premise is secure in term of physical security.
• Perform basic handyman work when needed.
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree in related field (Mechanical / Electrical / IT / Safety / Operations)
• Min 1-2 years of experience
• Competency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Some understanding of the HS&E regulatory requirement
