Snr / Staff Nurse (Home care)
Mon- Fri, Office hours
Salary : Nego
Location : Islandwide
- Assessing patients\' condition and implement nursing care plan.
- Performing nursing procedures in patient\'s home such as wound dressing and management, removal of stitches, venepuncture, changing of urinary catheter and etc
- Ensuring continuity of treatment plans for home care patients
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures carred out and medications dispensed
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing and be registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Candidate who possess Advanced Diploma in Gerontology or Palliative care is an advantage
