Location: BOON LAY
Working Hours:
Office Hours, 5 Days as of now
Will have OT on weekends, must be comfortable
:
- Responsible for the smooth running of the day to day operations in the Protomalt line control plants with regard to testing / checking of line, intermediate samples and finished product checks
- Responsible for maintaining in good order (prepare for tasting and recordings) the Protomalt keeping quality samples
- Participate in the preparation of fresh/ keeping quality samples for tasting and also the washing up of utensils and glassware used in the preparation
- Responsible for preparing Certificate of Analysis (COA) for customers
- To participate in laboratory ICP, GLP and safety schemes for the lab.
- To participate in the daily DQR meeting.
- To participate in GMP audit or other audits of the plants.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time
- To stand in for MILO Process, MILO Filling and Coffee Mixes Line Technician if required
