JOB SUMMARY : Attends to patients' request and charges and releases laboratory resultsKEY RESULT AREAS: 1. Daily Operation Ensures accurate recording, but not limited to, patient's information, charges, and other miscellaneous information Receives and processes request from in-patients and out-patients for laboratory examinations. Releases lab results to the right person / patient Ensures orderliness of the front desk at all times2. Administration Generates report as needed by concerned departments. Monitors stock level of lab supplies and replenishes them before it reaches critical level. Coordinates with the right person / department in addressing the concern of the department. Prepares sample/materials for send out to other hospitals3. Customer Management Attends to telephone calls, internal and external inquiries, including complaints and feedback Relays results to doctors.4. Others Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.QUALIFICATION/S
