Job description:

Design custom interactive and engaging online and blended learning solutions including short animations for a variety of topics that meet company's design quality and brand standards
Apply instructional design theories and best practice, keeping up to date with L&D trends and develop innovative ideas for online resources
Design the evaluation of all learning solutions to ensure they drive business performance and deliver return on investment
Responsible for the digital design elements of projects, creating an amazing employee learning experience throughout
Creating gold standard digital deliverables that always represent the employee's best interests, and exceed the company expectations, whether you're creating e-learning, digital resources or short animations
Continually develop and create new ideas and solutions for digital learning content and learning channels
Support with the design of learning campaigns, communications and collateral
Responsible for the digital design of all learning content to the required company standards
Work at the required pace to design world class learning experiences
Provide support to the Digital Experience Consultant when required on storyboarding
Utilize a variety of digital authoring and design software to develop e-learning modules
