Job Description

Read and interpret complex maps, construction drawings, property descriptions and engineering field in preparation of engineering survey plans Solely be responsible for supervising and conducting land survey operations & calculations of survey data Take over the control points & data from the respective registered surveyor Ensure timely provision of setting outline and survey data records and to verify for adequacy and accuracy including measurements & calculation Prepare reports such as method statement & survey quality plan and provide recommendations Ensure that all survey data & records are properly maintained including sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed Ensure all survey instruments & devices such as Total stations and Auto level are calibrated to specification Ensure the proper maintenance & safekeeping of all survey instrument & devices Determine methods and procedures for establishing or re-establishing survey control Develop criteria's for the design & modification of survey instruments Review procedures, develop and implement new techniques for conducting surveys more efficiently and effectively Liaise with external registered surveyor, sub-contractors, suppliers on matters pertaining to surveying Implementation of project operation to comply with ISO 9001; 14001; 45001 standard requirements, documented procedures as well as client, companies, authorities' requirements Any other related duties assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements:

Recognised Diploma in Land Surveyor, Civil Engineering or equivalent * At least 3 years' experience in Building Construction
