The position will be reporting to Landside Execution Manager - MY/SG.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Strategically plan and manage transportation, logistic and customer services.
• 
  Ensure that all land transport import, export, domestic ,cross border, or last mile delivery requirements are maintained to ensure the timely delivery (OTD), meeting KPI and movement of cargo as per service level agreement.
• 
  Ensure good working relationship with vendors and monitor vendor service, report trends to manager and relationship liaisons. Conduct supplier performance management.
• 
  Engagement of product, sales, and customer service teams, frontline and organization.
• 
  Work with Product and Procurement team to handle ad hoc special operational tasks or new implementation.
• 
  Ensure all new change initiatives are implemented by the team and within the standard global landscape.
• 
  Provide updates, issues, and concerns along with possible solutions to management
• 
  Identifies and suggest opportunities for continuous improvements, and cost reductions.
• 
  Simplification and standardization of operational process to improve both efficiency and effectiveness.
• 
  Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements.

  At least 1 year of transportation experience required preferably warehouse distribution and logistics management.
• 
  Good interpersonal communication skills, relationship management and collaboration skills.

  Problem solving skill/process improvement skill.
