Job Description

Our client is a Maritime industry. They are looking for a Hub Agent to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in West. Responsibilities:

• Responsible in coordinating all Hub Agreement related jobs.
• Responsible in ensuring all appointments are handled without delay and assigned to Operations.
• Responsible in monitoring the execution of the port call and work closely with Operations to ensure that we meet the customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations.
• Responsible in providing ships agency support and advice to customers, Hub team and Sales.
• Responsible in assisting and preparing the Ships Agency group on administrative, technical and commercial issues.
• Responsible in using customer specific information related to Ships Agency in order to pro-actively promote our products and services to customers and engage actively in finding solutions to customer\xe2\x80\x99s challenges.
• Responsible in handling with conceptualising and pricing of Hub Agreements together with Sales.
• Responsible in reporting and taking corrective action together with Key Account Manager or Sales Executive to ensure sales budgets are achieved and contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• Responsible in ensuring adherence related to regulatory issues pertaining to Ships Agency.
• Responsible in providing regular feedback on technical, service quality and commercial issues raised by customers to the Ships Agency Manager, Global Sales Operation Director and Sales.
• Responsible in following up up complaints/non-compliancesthrough improvement/complaintsystem in place.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Maritime Business or any relevant field
• Min 2 years working experience
• Prior experience working in marine industry and ships agency operations is a bonus
