Laundry Attendant

Summary of Responsibilities: The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Ensure all completed laundry/dry cleaning/pressing and related items are delivered timely, as directed by Laundry Managers.
• Attend to all guest requests and/or instructions as directed by the Laundry Managers.
• Inform Laundry Co-Ordinator via walkie-talkie upon completion of assignments
• Comply to Hotel’s service standards, policies, regulations and procedures at all times
• Provide assistance to guests when required
• Ensure all job assignments are properly recorded in the respective logbooks
• Be informed of the latest Hotel happenings and information
• Buddy newcomers when required
• Maintain guests’ confidentiality, safety and security
• Ensure proper use and ownership of the Hotel Master Key Card
• Maintain Shift Movement Record

Requirements:

• Minimum O level education or equivalent
• Relevant Housekeeping/Bellman experience preferred
• Fit and able to deliver laundry to guest rooms
