Lawyer/ Junior Associate
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Perform legal research and analyze applicable statutes, regulations, and case law.
Draft various legal documents, including contracts, motions, and pleadings.
Assist with case preparation and provide support to senior associates during court hearings and trials.
Liaise with clients, witnesses, and subject-matter experts as needed.
Help manage case progress and ensure accurate and organized documentation is maintained.
Qualifications:
Singapore qualified lawyer or trainee undergoing training to be called to the Singapore Bar.
Admission to the state bar, or awaiting bar admission.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
