Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Lawyer.

Responsibilities

• Provide counsel and legal support on a variety of legal matters, including matters that may be complex or may have some impact in one of your specialized field in listed fields as below
• M&A
• Incorporation and Restructuring
• Real Estate
• Settlement of Dispute
• Labor Law
• Compliance
• Finance
• Intellectual Property
• Venture
• Wealth Management
• To be a trusted adviser to the business by ensuring that commercially sensitive, pragmatic and practical legal support and advice is provided in a cost-effective manner
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Singapore Law Qualified, with at least 2 years post qualification experience
• Must demonstrate an ability to provide accurate, focused advice to clients
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, and supportive personality
• Problem solving and analytical skills and attention to detail
• Motivated and able to work independently, while respecting reporting procedures
• Japanese skill will be advantageous to communicate with Japanese clients but not necessary
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
