Besides allowing sellers to engage with customers direction by using LazLive product, the team also aims to bring relevant and engaging content to our customers, giving them more reasons to prefer Lazada than others. We focus on 2 types of content channel - LazLive, where we demonstrate and dish out the best deals to our customers and LazLive+ where we aim to not only encourage 'Add to Cart' spirit, but also content that allows our customers and viewers to Add Style/Beauty/Flavours/Health and more to life. ABOUT THE ROLE The LazLive Production Team is looking for an all-rounder that is hyper attentive to details, is a fan about capturing the beauty of people & objects, and confident in their aesthetic decisions. They must be motivated to provide our customers with the best audio-visual experience possible, and motivate others in the team with the same vision. . LazLive Production Operations o Lead the production team who is responsible for the day to day production of live-produced streams o Planning of stream production roster/schedule for production crew o Maintenance of studio and equipment efficiency while working to improve production capabilities o Extract relevant information from pre-production brief to: adapt digital assets (logos, images, text), setup camera angles & arrange the set o Conceptualizing cinematography ideas, filming procedure to fit business need/ client need o Keep livestreams interactive and fresh by generating short animated sequences & sound effects o Provide technical advice and direction to team members to operate streaming software (knowledge on Steamlabs OBS, Vmix etc), operate camera angles, manage audio levels during live-streaming o Managing livestream from start to end, including troubleshooting, stakeholder management and more . LazLive/LazLive+ IP Show Production o Support team with content development, production, collaboration and shoots o Work with development team to propose and test new features launched for LazLive engagement . LazLive Product Familiarity and User Generated Content o Creating and maintain training materials on operating LazLive for sellers o Managing FAQs across stakeholders and sellers - to better leverage of LazLive as a platform for selling o Manage quarterly training sessions for sellers . Others o Provide feedback to management on effectiveness of Livestream content, channel, and making appropriate recommendations to streamline and improve viewership and engagement o Cross-functional coordination and communication to ensure objectives are met, and show can be executed well in a timely fashion Job Requirements . 5 years of relevant experience in streaming, videography, media production or marketing/ advertising operations . Familiar with operating Philips/Canon/Sony camcorder, understands real world usage of camera aperture, shutter speed and ISO. . Proven ability to use technical lighting to faithfully and accurately represent various textures and surfaces . Proven ability to light sets and style in a manner consistent with established standards . Understands basic knowledge of audio recording and sound mixing . Deep knowledge of design and livestream software: Photoshop, OBS & Capture One . Proven ability to adapt logos, finesse layout & design, animate simple effects and operate streaming software . Must be self-starter, with a strong sense of teamwork in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment . Team player with can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment . Open to flexible work arrangements depending on campaign and business needs (e.g. for live streams scheduled after usual working hours) . Excellent organization and communication skills required.
