Job Scope:

Sense-make and support capability building needs of policy and planning officers and teams in the public service
Partner stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate training programmes to ensure their continued relevance and effectiveness.
Facilitation and moderation of programmes or events
Develop compelling learning materials for both real-time and self-paced learning.
Collaborate on research projects to inspire new ways of thinking and doing policy in the public service.
Keep informed with local and international developments on effective and emerging policy tools for effective policymaking

Requirements:

Experience in Learning and Development and/or policy work would be relevant.
Good analytical and communication skills
Ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholder
Strong ability in planning, implementing and evaluating programmes with minimal supervision
Strong public speaking and facilitation skills are a bonus

Location: Buona VistaSalary: TBAWorking Hours: 8.30am to 6pmContract Period: 1-Year to Perm
