\ \ Experienced in Production Server Environment ( Linux, Windows) ( Should have basic knowledge) \
\ \ Problem determination and resolution on a 24x7 basis. \
\ \ Telephonic and Email based User/Vendor Management. \

\ \ Experience in setting up Media retentions & management process (Must Have) \
\ \ Experience in supporting Audit , Disaster recovery test ( Should have basic knowledge) \
\ \ Experience in resolving performance & capacity Issues ( Should have basic knowledge) \
\ \ Include integrated best-of-breed hardware and software products. \
\ \ Create suggested target backup schedule and operational plan \
\ \ Generate capacity reports \
