What you will do:
The Lead AI Architect is responsible for to build, deploy, and optimize AI/ML and GenAI applications, including LLM pipelines, RAG systems, model fine-tuning, and data processing components.
Design and maintain the organization's enterprise AI architecture.
Implement AI/ML models, LLM pipelines, RAG workflows, retrieval strategies, and vector DB integrations.
Develop APIs, microservices, and automation for AI features.
Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLMs for latency, accuracy, cost, and safety.
Build data ingestion, feature engineering, and model training pipelines.
Implement monitoring, logging, prompt evaluation, and automated testing.
Collaborate with architects and product teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
5+ years of experience in implementing Artificial Intelligence with 10+ years of experience in IT Development.
Strong programming skills (Python), AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and LLM libraries (Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
Hands-on with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate), embeddings, and retrieval optimisation.
Experience with containerisation (Docker), Kubernetes, serverless, and cloud AI services.
Familiarity with MLOps/GenAIOps tools (MLflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker, Databricks).
Strong grounding in data engineering, API development, and observability (logs, metrics, tracing).
Understanding of responsible AI, prompt engineering, and evaluation techniques.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred Attributes

• Knowledge of machine learning and AI data requirements.

Familiarity with data governance frameworks.
Proven track record of leading large-scale data initiatives.
