, you will play a pioneering role in establishing and driving our
AI Design practice
for CIB platforms. You will be responsible for setting up design frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to ensure our AI-powered tools deliver outstanding user experiences that delight our coverage teams while supporting the strategic goals of our Corporate & Institutional Banking business.

Key Responsibilities
You'll create the frameworks and playbook for designing AI tools to deliver a standout user experience across CIB coverage platforms & services.
You introduce and develop frameworks specific to AI including conversational UX, agent based design, co-pilot interactions, intelligent automation, and explainability.
You use wireframes to express your vision and seek alignment.
You will be a close and trusted partner to the product owner, business owner, data science teams, and engineering teams to understand their needs, goals and what makes a difference to them. As a senior candidate you will use your knowledge and skill to help them define and refine problem statements.
You partner with our AI Service Designer and AI product designer to strategise the designs of our products.
You frequently engage with our research, analytics and value capture teams to understand pain points and opportunities to improve the experience.
You will use your entrepreneurial spirit and ability to be hands-on. Drive, grit and the ability to evangelise the significance of user experience is an important skill for any senior team member to affect the change we're after.
You coach and mentor our design teams to understand how to design for AI tools.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential
:
Proven experience in
designing products in fintech, digital banking, or corporate banking platforms
.
Strong expertise in
UX/UI design
with hands-on experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
Solid knowledge of
AI-specific design approaches
such as conversational UX, agent-based design, automation, explainability, and co-pilot interactions.
Track record of partnering with product, data science, and engineering teams in complex organizations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and align across diverse teams.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, hands-on, and able to drive initiatives from vision to execution.
Preferred
:
Experience working with
enterprise-scale AI applications
in financial services.
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping environments.
Exposure to research methodologies, data analytics, and value capture to inform design decisions.
Experience in mentoring design teams or leading design practices in large organizations.
