Job Description
: Leads 2D concept artists, 3D game artists, and other creative team members, and manages art direction to ensure consistent delivery of a visual direction for an established but yet to be released game project.Key Responsibilities: A lead creative role responsible for ensuring productivity, quality and consistency of game artist output. The hired Lead Art Director will take an active role in defining the development and execution of art direction for an existing game project. The main interfaces are with 2D concept artists and 3D game artists, to manage quality and timeliness of production, and ensure delivery on-spec. The Lead Art Director is expected to also actively work on producing content themselves, in addition to the management of other artists.Objectives: To define, develop and ensure consistency of the game art direction To maintain consistently efficient productivity of artists and deliver assets based on schedule To verify quality and meeting technical specs of produced game assets Will also be required to oversee art direction in advertising and marketing materialsCore Skills Game art and concept design Game character and content development 3D Game asset production pipelines 3D Game asset optimization Technical art - Unity and/or BabylonJS (WebGL)RequirementsSingaporeans are welcomed, have at least 3 years working experience in the role.
