The Role

Review premium and claims data/reports, maintain/update premium tracker and claims bordereaux on excel spreadsheets, reconcile bordereaux to cash payments, arrange for payment of claims and develop claims analysis for presentation to the client and/or other interested parties.
Review annual premium allocation models by country by client where required.
Prepare/review policy wordings, certificates (clinical trials etc.,) endorsements, reinsurance agreements.
Provide accurate and timely underwriting information for review by MD
Monitor captive adherence to Regulatory requirements
Liaise with clients on as needed basis
Co-ordinate board meetings, including assisting in the production and issuance of board packs for same and supporting the MD in presentation
Following corporate governance and compliance procedures at all times

Understand the MAS regulations under which captives operate

The Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Insurance, Finance or related area
Advanced Computer Skills
At least 3 years insurance experience or related industries
Knowledge of and experience with reinsurance, international insurance programs
Strong Client Service and interpersonal skills; comfortable dealing directly with clients
