The role focuses on developing and executing leadership and talent strategies, including leadership rotations, succession planning, and targeted development programs, to ensure a robust and capable procurement function across government agencies. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Rotations: Implement and oversee procurement leadership rotation across various government agencies. Work closely with agency leaders to identify high-potential individuals and facilitate their placement in strategic roles that enhance their leadership capabilities and broaden their experience within the public procurement domain. Succession Planning: Manage succession planning framework for key leadership positions within the procurement function. Collaborate with senior management to identify critical roles, assess current and future talent needs, and create tailored development plans to ensure continuity of leadership. Talent Development Initiatives: Design and implement programs aimed at developing the next generation of procurement leaders. This could include creating customized learning pathways, mentorship opportunities, and leadership workshops tailored to the needs of the procurement workforce. Talent Pipeline Management: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of talent development strategies to ensure a robust and diverse pipeline of future leaders and specialists. Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance development programs, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the public procurement landscape. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key liaison between the Talent Development Committee and various government agencies. Facilitate regular communication, gather feedback, and build consensus on leadership and talent development initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. Program Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate the impact of leadership rotations, succession planning, and talent development programs. A master\'s degree or professional certification in HR, workforce planning, talent management, or leadership development will be an advantage. Experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in workforce planning, leadership and talent development, human resources, or a related field.
