Ability to handle, guide, train a small group of senior Informatica and MicroStrategy developers and admins
Analyse the business requirements and come up with the end-to-end design including technical implementation.
Leverage strong conceptual and technical knowledge of Informatica architecture, software components, design, development, and integration best practices to develop impactful ETL solutions
Proficient in implementing ETL solutions using PowerCenter Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor and Repository Manager.
Strong knowledge in SQL as well as in Informatica modules to verify, validate and analyse the makeover of data satisfying business rules mentioned in requirement document.
Experience in installing, upgrading, administering, maintaining, and troubleshooting Informatica and MicroStrategy product suite software components to tune and optimize performance.
Document data mapping requirements and technical design specifications for the project deliverables.
Develop ETL/BI procedures to ensure conformity, compliance with standards and translate business rules and functionality requirements into ETL/BI procedures.
Work with testing teams to improve the quality of the testing in adopting the automated testing tools and management of the application environments.
Learn and build proof of concepts on various newly introduced Informatica features.
Review the technical solutions and deliverables with architects and key technology stakeholders and ensure that the deliverables are adhering to the risk governance rules.
Proficient in Software Development Life Cycle including defining Development Methodologies, Requirement Gathering, Estimating, Designing, Development, Testing and deploying a quality deliverable based on standards.
Good analytical skills and willingness to learn and adapt to new emerging technologies.
