Job Description
Connect Energy partners with a well renowned consultancy firm to look for a Lead C&S Engineer in the Building & Infrastructure industry.
Responsibilities
- Main responsibilities are planning, design and construction management
- Focus on services relating to townships, residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and infrastructure developments
- Be the Qualified Person (QP) for projects
- Ensure excellent delivery of service to clients
- Check critical design calculations and specifications of the project prior approving all Civil related documents and drawings produced in the project to the regulatory authorities
- Degree in Civil / structural Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer (PE) Board
- Min. 10 years design experience in high rise building construction and civil & structural engineering work in Singapore
- Conversant with the local Building Codes and Practice
- Experience in post tension design / precast design and familiarity with engineering software and submission to regulatory authorities
- Registered with Singapore PR Board and have at least 5 years practicing
- Proven design management skills across multiple projects
- Strong report writing skills and good interpersonal communication
- Willing to work at western part of Singapore
