Job Description
Our client is an energy enterprise that is looking to hire for a Lead Data Engineer (Cloudera / Talend).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and scale multiple on-premise and cloud-based data pipelines
- Head the integration of an on-premise data lake into an existing Cloudera data platform
- Contribute to metadata management and data governance matters
- Build and implement rest API and microservices
- Design, and maintain large-scale distributed systems
- Bachelor\'s in computer science or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in data engineering
- Experience in migrating on-premise data lake into Cloudera data platform
- Experience in SQL database will be required
- Experience in NoSQL databases, Kubernetes and Talend will be preferred
- Metadata management and data governance experience will be recommended
