Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for experienced Database administrator for our client (one of the Fortune 500 company) who will be responsible for managing database system. Candidate will be closely working on backend data structure and frontend accessibility for end-users while keeping the data secure across national boundaries through multiple data centres.
Responsibilities:
- Design,build, and maintain operational databases for custom and packaged software
- Managing and Administering Cloud based relational Database solutions
- Administering and Operating Global Database Systems (hands on experience across Microsoft SQL Server & MySQL required)
- Data migration from on-premise databases to Cloud based database platforms
- Designing and Implementing Disaster recovery
- Around 7 years of experience in database administration and support including SQL Optimization, Monitoring, Backup/Recovery
- Strong knowledge on managing large enterprise database systems on-Premise and Cloud based database
- Strong knowledge of designing and implementing SQL native techniques
- Knowledge across deployment and troubleshooting SSIS based ETL solutions will be advantageous
