Your Role and Responsibilities

• Database Administrators (DBAs) are responsible for maintaining the integrity and performance of customer’s databases and guarantee that data is stored securely and optimally
• Ensure the security of company data
• Create the best practices for implementation of Database features and
  solutions to high volume performance issues
• DBAs are responsible for the evaluation of database software purchases and supervise the
  modification of any existing database software to meet the needs of the customers.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Knowledge in IBM DB2, Oracle, MySQL, Middleware and other DB Software
• Knowledge in AIX, Windows & Linux Operating System
• Extensive experience in availability and capacity monitoring, implementing replication, backup and recovery strategies, and performance tuning

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Knowledge of DevOps principles, practices, and culture
• Knowledge on virtualization
