• Lead and contribute to design & development of Integration solutions with an end-to-end mindset
• Contribute to common controls developments, prototyping
• Improve code quality statistics, participate/drive code reviews and continuously reduce technical debt
• Study existing engineering processes and contribute to improvements to drive up efficiencies
• Collaborate with teams globally to deliver, present ideas and innovate

Regulatory & Business Conduct

• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 8+ years of IT experience and proven credentials of delivering in world class engineering teams.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, engineering or equivalent discipline, candidate must have relevant experience fulfilling responsibilities of the position.
• Must be a confident self-starter with ability to collaborate and devise solutions.
• Relevant industry certifications are an added plus.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks is required.

Role Specific Technical Competencies

• Mandatory experience in integration between MS Dynamics and Spring Boot-based applications as service or API levels, experience in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Web API (C#), PCF control, and TypeScript
• Good to have experience in containerization technologies - Docker, Kubernetes, JBoss Fuse
• Good knowledge in application integration using Web Service (SOAP/REST) or Messaging using JMS
• Good knowledge in dependency injections like Spring DI/Blueprints and JSON libraries like Jackson/GSON
• Oracle or SQL Server PL/SQL development and designing data model.
• Java / J2EE - strong knowledge of server side programming. Good understanding of basic concepts of collections, multithreading & OOPS concept
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• In-depth knowledge on REST services and message formats like JSON/XML
• Hands-on skills in J2EE specifications like JAX-RS, JAX-WS
• Understanding on tools like Jenkins/Go-CD, Git/Stash, JIRA, Maven, NodeJS
