Role Responsibilities
Lead Developer, Data and Reporting - Collaborate and partner with Product Owner, Client Coverage business owner, business users and senior business stakeholders to understand the data and reporting requirements of the business and clearly document it for further analysis. Work closely with CCIB architects and infrastructure teams and review & implement the solutions using Power BI, Tableau, OBIEE, SSAS/AAS, Synapse, Databricks, Informatica, Oracle, SQL Server, MicroStrategy, PLSQL, Big data and Microsoft Azure technologies.

  • Ensure that all processes related to delivery of software such as Security Impact Assessment, Release Attestation, Solution Intent and other processes are adhered to and completed on time

  • Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners
Risk Management
  • Ensure that all project related risks are highlighted on time and work towards mitigating such risks

  • Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role

Our Ideal Candidate
  • 10+ years of IT experience and proven credentials of delivering in complex Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (Computer Science or Electronics) / equivalent discipline, he/she must have relevant experience fulfilling responsibilities of the position.
  • Must be a confident self-starter with ability to collaborate and devise solutions for CRM Banking Domain.
  • Relevant industry certifications are an added plus. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks is required.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Azure Certifications (Preferably - Azure Fundamentals ( AZ 900), Azure Data Engineer (DP 200 & DP 201), Azure Data Analyst (DA 100))
Role Specific Technical Competencies
  • Expert in Business Intelligence and SME for Client Coverage CCIB CRM reporting in Banking domain
  • Expert in design and development analytical data model, reports & dashboards and Extract Transform and Loading routines for Client Coverage Applications
  • Strong stakeholder management ability in handling wide ranging and senior stakeholders (across function / segments / product areas)
  • Strong in BI Tools(Power BI Cloud & On Premise, OBIEE, MicroStrategy, Tableau)
  • Strong database and query language skills (Oracle, SQL Server, Azure Data Lake & Databricks, Hive, HBase)
  • Strong experience with ETL tools SSIS, Informatica
  • Strong Administration Experience in BI Tools ( Power BI, MicroStrategy and Oracle Business Intelligence) - Install, configure, re-configure and upgrade
